Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the vintage and handmade nature of our inventory all products are sold "as is" and not eligible for return or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, only in cases of damage in transit or incorrect item shipped at stated above, you must first email to info@picknique.shop within 7 days of the delivered date.  Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
